Admissions criteria
Our location offers a far greater level of therapy than a short-term rehab facility, such as a nursing home. We care for patients who:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Require at least two skilled therapies: physical, occupational and/or speech
- Receive three hours of therapy daily for five to six days per week
- Need inpatient rehabilitation medicine managed by a doctor
- Require around-the-clock supervision from nurses trained in rehabilitation medicine
- Have a discharge plan
We are not able to care for patients who:
- Require dialysis
- Are ventilator dependent
- Require telemetry

Rehabilitation is typically covered in full or part by most health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
