Our team consists of experienced, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who provide medical and behavioral health-focused care for problems resulting from medical illnesses, mental health related issues or substance use. Emily Fritz, LCSW
Manager, Integrated Behavioral Health - Nuvance Health Medical Group
Emily Fritz is a licensed clinical social worker in CT and NY as well as a certified grief counselor with over 20 years of experience. She has a special interest in the geriatric population and those with chronic mental illness/addictions. Emily provides a holistic approach to her therapeutic interventions for her patients and believes that by partnering with healthcare providers, she can offer a more comprehensive approach to helping patients reach their fullest potential. She utilizes a special set of skills by blending a variety of modalities in brief talk therapy sessions.Emily is active in the Southbury community, coaching boys’ basketball and is a member of Mid-South Catholic Church. She enjoys being active outdoors and boating with her family and friends in her free time.
Kelly Norvick, LCSW
Kelly Norvig is a licensed clinical social worker with 18 years of clinical experience. She has an extensive background working with diverse populations including children, adolescents and adults; providing support to those with mental health and substance abuse issues. Kelly offers cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive counseling, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to her patients and enjoys working collaboratively with healthcare providers to integrate a patient’s emotional wellbeing with their physical health.
On a personal note, Kelly enjoys reading, gardening and collecting sea glass. As a nature lover, she often hikes local trails with her husband and two high energy dogs.
