Notably, she served as a hospital case manager at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and previously worked as an Oncology social worker at the Dyson Center in Poughkeepsie.
Currently, Viviana is focused on expanding her expertise by pursuing certifications in trauma and EMDR, alongside her role as a certified bereavement coordinator for neonatal death. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and strength-based, characterized by compassion and a variety of techniques including solution-focused, relational and mindfulness strategies.

Outside of work, she cherishes moments with her family, indulges in reading, and finds solace in yoga. Continuously dedicated to enhancing mental and physical well-being, Viviana explores various approaches such as ayurveda, higienismo, nutritional mindfulness, and even biodanza (dancing!).
