Ageless Grace: Body Movement for Brain Health

Ageless Grace is a brain-health fitness program that uses a variety of fun, easy movement exercises to activate all five functions of the brain — analytical, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination. Bring your open minds and willingness to play and have fun!

Doulagivers Level I: End-of-Life Doula Training for the Family Caregiver
Mondays, Nov. 1-Nov. 22, 2-3:30 p.m.
Speaker: Suzanne O’Brien
The Doulagivers Level 1 Training was created to educate, empower and enhance our ability to be more fully present with those we care for throughout their end-of-life experiences. This four-part series will teach participants about the various stages of dying, as well as tools for offering comfort and support to loved one or patients at end of life.
